Our packages include collection and offsite bookkeeping services using MYOB. This service gives you the flexibility and convenience of having your bookkeeping processed without disruption to your business – it’s just like having your own personal full time bookkeeper, at a fraction of the cost.

Whatever package you choose, all our business support customers have access to:

• secure off site computer file storage and back up
• over the phone support outside of standard business operating hours

File Hosting Solution

We offer an innovative service to clients as a practical solution to copying and storing your MYOB file.

Our File Hosting Solution stores your MYOB files, providing secure 24 hour a day, 7 days a week access to you, any nominated staff members or your accountant and Books & BAS. You can log in to your account from any computer with internet access.

Our File Hosting Solution also provides off-site data back up at two separate secure data storage centres and is fully approved by MYOB.

Premium Support Package

Our premium support packages are designed to give you the flexibility and security to access your 'current' MYOB file at any time. This means no more back ups and no more down time while your bookkeeper or accountant works on your file. It’s just like having us in your office 24 hours a day!

Our Premium Support package is ideal for businesses of any size - particularly those trading as a company or trust. Its gives businesses on-demand access to their current MYOB file. It gives business on-demand access to their current MYOB file.

Our Premium Support Package includes:

• access to MYOB approved file hosting
• MYOB data entry and file management of
  • supplier invoices/payments
  • customer invoices/sales information
• payroll management - including monthly Superannuation and PAYG responsibilities
• preparation of end of month supplier payments
• maintenance of customer debtors and issue statements
• monthly bank reconciliation
• monthly reporting to the business owner (and accountant if required) including profit and loss, debtors and creditors
• BAS preparation and lodgment fee
• annual End of Financial Year payroll responsibilities
• on-going liaison and translation with your accountant
• annual reconciliation and reporting for tax preparation
• personal support by phone when you need it
• security of off-site back up and storage, with flexible, "when you need" it access.

Monthly Support Package

Our monthly Support Package is ideal for sole traders or partnerships and includes:

• MYOB Data entry of expenses and income for month
• monthly bank reconciliation
• monthly profit and loss report
• quarterly reporting in preparation for BAS
• liaison and translation with your accountant
• annual reconciliation and reporting for tax preparation.

All this from as little as $80 per week.

Quarterly Support Package

Our Quarterly Support Package is favoured by sole traders and includes:

• MYOB Data entry of expenses and income for month

• monthly bank reconciliation
• monthly profit and loss report
• quarterly reporting in preparation for BAS
• liaison and translation with your accountant
• annual reconciliation and reporting for tax preparation.
